The return appointment was what I hope every dealer would do to structure the buying experience. We had all the paperwork ready to sign, and were able to get in and out in under an hour. They also did a great job of having an entertaining experience for our two year old that accompanied us. More

Showed up around noon, made sure to tell the sales guy multiple times that I wasn't interested in any of the extended warranties or xxxxxxxx like that, they waited until the second I had to leave for work to get me into the finance office and rush me through the paperwork only for me to find out they added on the extended warranty and other xxxxxxxx. Fast forward to April where I called them and asked them to cancel and refund it, they said it'd take up to 2 months for it to get refunded. Fast forward 2 months and I still haven't gotten my refund. They say the check was sent and my bank says they haven't received any checks. I've been calling nearly every day to get this sorted and always get promised a call back but never get one. Avoid this dealership like the plague. L More
