Sam made me feel comfortable and never pressured. The talk was respectful and courteous. After the test drive, they had a free BBQ lunch that day! Then Annie found out I was from Penn State and we instantly connected. To my surprise, Joe the finance guy, was also from Pennsylvania, and we had fun talking about fishing and stuff. In the end i got the car i wanted, with the price I wanted and a good value for my trade-in. I left feeling great and they are still reaching out to me to make sure I am still happy. I am.
