He listened to what we wanted, didn't beat around the bush, and got us in and out, with a trade-in, in the quickest way possible. In the past I have spent up to 8 hours at a dealership "playing games", so this experience was a breath of fresh air. In addition to Eric's help, Sam Darwish was fantastic to work with, doing anything and everything to get us the deal that worked for us.
