So glad I brought my car here after an accident. We live 925 miles away but knew our car was in good hands. Just down right awful, especially when a salesman curses at you because they refuse to admit they were wrong. Instead, he would have rather lost his temper. Brian Schaeperkoetter has been dishonest and lac at you because they refuse to admit they were wrong. Instead, he would have rather lost his temper. Brian Schaeperkoetter has been dishonest and lacks communication from the day I bought the car. He was unwilling to let my wife join to put her name on the loan. There was a chip on the back bumper, WHICH HE ACKNOWLEDGED in December 2022, but refused to acknowledge/address in June-October 2023. When I left my car there FOR A WEEK, he CLAIMED the paint didn't match, but yet the body shop (when contacted separately) said they never saw my car that week. When trying to prove factual evidence he got in my face and told me to, "Calm the xxxx down." There were multiple witnesses to this. Rather than fixing it in December 2022 (he gave the excuse that the body shop doesn't paint in cold weather...absolute garbage excuse) and being done with it, he drug it out through October 2023. Not only that, he cost the dealership more money by ordering the wrong part AND the cost of me in a rental for a week. Won't be going back. Absolute terrible customer service, lack of communication, and owning up to errors/truth. Worst car buying experience and follow up I have ever had. BUYER BEWARE of Brian and his true motives (your money, not customer service) and the whole Lou Fusz ethical standards of communication. Only perk were those that worked in collision center who helped me get to the bottom of all of this. More
