2016 Sorrento Had some repair work done through the body shop. Sam handled the entire process better than I could have imagined. The repairs were excellent and I appreciated the thorough clean up of my vehicle, inside and out, afterward. However, the rental Kia reeked of smoke. The receptionist asked why I would have my vehicle repa clean up of my vehicle, inside and out, afterward. However, the rental Kia reeked of smoke. The receptionist asked why I would have my vehicle repaired at Lou Fusz when I lived 90 minutes away and I had to tell her that I felt the dealership from where I purchased it would do the best work. I didn't feel that question best represented the willingness of the collision service to provide the best for a customer, local or otherwise. More

I had posted previously about my frustration with the numerous visits to the dealership for the passenger sliding door on my Sedona. A dent had appeared in the sliding door track which I believe occurred numerous visits to the dealership for the passenger sliding door on my Sedona. A dent had appeared in the sliding door track which I believe occurred during one of the repair appointments but I couldn’t prove it. Lou Fusz Kia honored my request to have the dent repaired at no cost to me and they repaired the sliding passenger door which appears to be functioning properly now. They could have refused to make the dent repair because we couldn’t prove it happened at the dealership but they acknowledged that it may have occurred while repairs were being done and did the right thing. The van was returned in perfect condition and was cleaned inside and out. I am a very happy customer. More
