I recently had my vehicle serviced at Tony Serra Nissan, and Buffy Smith made the entire experience outstanding. From the start, she was welcoming, professional, and very easy to talk to. She took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I fully understood what my vehicle needed before the work was done. What stood out the most was how attentive and organized she was throughout the process. Buffy kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle and made sure I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. That kind of communication makes a big difference when you’re dealing with car service. She also made the process feel smooth and hassle-free. Instead of feeling rushed, I felt like she genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly and that I left satisfied. It’s clear she takes pride in her job and values her customers.
