Before this dealership listed the HHR for sale, their service department thoroughly tested the vehicle for the problems which are commonly associated with used cars. And they were so thorough in their research and repair that when I had our family's mechanic examine the HHR (prior to me making the decision to choose it as my new set of wheels) Dan informed me that all the used car issues he would normally check for had already been properly corrected by repairing this and replacing that. Having worked in Sales and Service for several years, I am well aware that there is a distinct difference between people who are eager & friendly VS. those who are just plain pushy. So I was incredibly pleased that each individual I dealt with at Toyota of Naperville was both eager and friendly. And that none of the five individuals I was in contact with (by e-mail, by phone or in person) ever left me feeling that they were trying to pressure me into buying before I was ready to make a decision. From the initial contact on morning of Wednesday Aug 15 to the time that I signed the papers on the afternoon of Friday Aug 17, I had the pleasure of doing business with five people who left me feeling that my Smaller Money Used Car Purchase was every bit as important to them someone who might be spending fifty thousand dollars (or more) on a high priced luxury vehicle. It had a “no haggle” price on it which was very reasonable for all of the added features which were included. Mukesh Mehta was our Sales Representative and he seamlessly walked us through the purchase procedures without any pressure. Toyota even arranged for several small dents on the side of the vehicle to be removed free of charge and now our used vehicle looks brand new. It’s running great! More
