When I arrived at the Mazda dealership, Sam Gunnoe approached me applying the 10 and 5 Rule, I also believed that he understood the cause for the ap When I arrived at the Mazda dealership, Sam Gunnoe approached me applying the 10 and 5 Rule, I also believed that he understood the cause for the appointment because he anticipated my issue with the car by calling a mechanic when I arrived. Sam Gunnoe arranged transportation for me and my family not forgetting that I had a big family and providing us with a small SUV. Friendly People, Fast Service Sam is an amazing service advisor. He makes sure that all of my needs are taken care of when I come into the shop. He is also great at explaining what Sam is an amazing service advisor. He makes sure that all of my needs are taken care of when I come into the shop. He is also great at explaining what needs to be done. I drive over 100 miles a day and thanks to the service department I have not needed any major work on the car. More
