Ivan greeted me when I brought my Prius in for service and though I would not be a customer he said I still deserved five star service and escorted me to the service area. At that time he said what year i and though I would not be a customer he said I still deserved five star service and escorted me to the service area. At that time he said what year is your Prius and I told him and he said you deserve a new car. I laughed and we went our separate ways. Turns out my Prius was was fatally flawed and had to be replaced. Ivan worked with me by phone and in three hours I drove my new pre-owned car to work! Awesome!! More
