I appreciate the fact that Sam dealt with me seriously via email as I was too busy and unwilling to come into the dealership when I first started car shopping. He found several trucks that met my criteri via email as I was too busy and unwilling to come into the dealership when I first started car shopping. He found several trucks that met my criteria each time I changed my mind, and we made the deal (via email). The car was delivered on time as promised, I showed up, got a full run down on all features (and there's a boat load on this Tacoma), signed off and drove away. I knew exactly what to expect in the truck and got exactly what I I expected. The car was gleamingly detailed waiting for me inside the dealership. Very very impressed with Sam Ibrahim and Metro Toyota. I love my 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport. More

I set up my first scheduled maintenance with Sam in the Sales Department. Metro Toyota reminded me to schedule my 5k service, reminded me before the date, and completed the service in less time than I was Sales Department.
