I asked if I can have my car by Wednesday since I wanted very specific combination of colors in a specific trim and the answer wasn’t just yes to make the sale but was an honest answer “ no, but we could do Thursday” I was very happy to get my car on the day they promised. The day after I picked up my new Explorer, my family and I drove it to South Caroline and I realized that I needed to go back to Chris and take him up on his offer to show me all the different features that I mistakenly thought I know how to operate. Chris was very kind and spent over an hour and a half with me after 3 weeks from picking up my car. It was a really great experience. I would recommend Malouf Ford to anyone and definitely ask for Chris Fitzgerald, he’s a great guy. More
