I c Car dealership experience is shared across a wide range of common folks. I had several in my lifetime. I can say this one is totally different. I couldn't believe my luck walking in the store and meeting them. They valued my trade-in fairly, gave me a very good price for the new vehicle, went out of their way to assist in document processing (insurance, credit application, etc.), and, to top it off, gave me a higher rebate than what was normal .... all in an effort to satisfy my customer needs. I have not seen this passion and drive and honesty and sincerity from any dealer. Ever. Kudos to Jimmy Lennon (my Marshall!), Sam (of Finance), and even Joe (the GM). They all pitched in to help me get my wish. More

I was given a fair price on both my trade-in and new vehicle without all the "haggling" that occurs at other places. I ordered a truck built to my specs and Chris double (and triple) checked to ensure all the extras would be included. He kept me informed of the progress with many phone calls. Yes, the car I was interested in was on the lot - and that's a good starting point - but it takes more to close deals. Bill Barton was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a Lincoln or Ford. He was easy-going, patient, respectful, and in a word, professional. If he says he'll be ready to meet you at 7pm - he'll be there. If you send him an email or leave a message, he responds. During negotiations, Bill remained open and honest, and Don Brown (one of the managers) came out once - and only once - to greet me as we quickly came to an agreement with terms including my trade value (no lengthy back-n-forth). Sam Iskander in finance was also easy to work with - he knows what's he's doing, answered all my questions, and finalized the transaction in a timely manner. If you're looking for a new or certified Lincoln or Ford, I would definitely put this place on my short list. More

Second Car bought in 2 years. Love Chris bought a Ford for myself in 2017 from Malouf and when my wife wanted a new car in late 2018 we first tired a Ford dealer that was closer to us (All-Am bought a Ford for myself in 2017 from Malouf and when my wife wanted a new car in late 2018 we first tired a Ford dealer that was closer to us (All-American Ford) then Malouf. Big Mistake. Glad I came to me senses and went back to Malouf and my salesperson Chris. All it took was about a half dozen emails over the course of 3 days and we had a great deal on a new Explorer(didn't have to go in and sit there for hours). Was in and out in a hour the day we went to pick up.
