We love our new Mustang convertible. It was a special order, the price was fine and it was delivered in about 7 weeks. All fantastic especially during these trying chip shortage/post pan It was a special order, the price was fine and it was delivered in about 7 weeks. All fantastic especially during these trying chip shortage/post pandemic times. However, picking up the car was not at all what we expected. First, we made an appointment with our salesman three days in advance to pick up the car. The salesman called us 3 times to confirm that were were still coming at our appointed day and time. When we arrived our salesman was out making a delivery and did not return for about an hour. We were told that a new salesman would be assisting us. We waited for 30 minutes while he went to retrieve our car. We just sat and waited. When the car came and we inspected it I (the customer) discovered that the car was missing it's radio antenna and some convertible trim pieces that are used when the top is down. It was as if no one inspected the car prior to showing it to us. Our original salesman did not assist us in any way as we were now handed off to the new guy. The new salesman kept bringing us hand written financing estimates that he wanted us to sign to lock in a potential finance deal. I thought that this was all handled through the business office. Once again these signing games proved to be just that, time wasting games. When we met with the business agent he was able to improve on the documents that we were urged to sign. We were also told numerous times that the parts that we're owed were owed to us by Ford NOT the dealership. Well, ok, but we purchased the car from the dealership, don't they stand behind their sales? And, the actual time that we spent at the dealership to pick up our special ordered car with a pre-arranged appointment took 5 hours. Way, way, too long. A person can close on a house in a fraction of the time. And, finally, our orginal salesman keeps calling us to find out how we like our car. That's all fine and good, but this person was hardly visible to us during the marathon close out session and we kept asking where he was. If we didn't have an appointment that was confirmed numerous times, most of this would have been understandable. Very disappointing. More

I purchased a new car from this dealership a few years ago, and I am now being harassed on a daily basis to sell my car back to the dealership. For some reason, they have not figured out that I am not in ago, and I am now being harassed on a daily basis to sell my car back to the dealership. For some reason, they have not figured out that I am not interested and continue to leave voicemails daily. The last salesman was told to take my number out of their system, apparently that was not done. More
