We purchased a Sprinter Cargo Van 3500 (VIN: W1Y5NDHY0ST205372), dual wheel, and our company has always had a strong relationship with Mercedes Benz. We have purchased many vehicles over the yea W1Y5NDHY0ST205372), dual wheel, and our company has always had a strong relationship with Mercedes Benz. We have purchased many vehicles over the years, which is why this experience has been very disappointing. First, the vehicle delivery was delayed by more than a week. Then, only five days after delivery, the check engine light came on, the low battery warning appeared, and we also noticed rust on the wheels. This is unacceptable for a brand new vehicle. Because of these issues and the delivery delay, we incurred additional expenses for rental vehicles to keep our operations running. We requested reimbursement for these costs, but unfortunately, we have not received any response so far. We expected much better quality and customer support from Mercedes Benz, especially as a long time customer. Instead, this situation caused unnecessary stress, delays, and extra costs for our company. More

Very unprofessional my sprinter still is having the same problem they put 100 miles on my vehicle and returned it filthy dirty with grease all over the i interior and exterior and kept it for almost vine mo problem they put 100 miles on my vehicle and returned it filthy dirty with grease all over the i interior and exterior and kept it for almost vine month costing me more money plus Jonny lied about everything.
