I received a subpar purchase experience at BMW Knauz for
my brand new 2022 M5 Competition received on 8/6/22. My Client Advisor did a good job assisting with model selection options starting March 2022. T
my brand new 2022 M5 Competition received on 8/6/22. My Client Advisor did a good job assisting with model selection options starting March 2022. That said, delivery day was unacceptable based on lack of transparency with the Financing Dept. and professionalism of said team members. General Manager did not even thank my family for purchase or apologize for Financing issue.

They always do a great job and treat me fairly. This time our sales person was Sam, and he was incredible. Totally laid back, no pressure approach. We ordered the car from Germany and he kept us up to speed on the process and timing on a regular basis. His side kick Luke did a fantastic job educating us on the car and showing us how to use all the features. Both Luke and Sam also helped us choose what colors and color combinations looked best. Just a very pleasant experience working with Sam and Luke.
