I received a subpar purchase experience at BMW Knauz for my brand new 2022 M5 Competition received on 8/6/22. That said, delivery day was unacceptable based on lack of transparency with the Financing Dept. and professionalism of said team members. General Manager did not even thank my family for purchase or apologize for Financing issue. More
