We purchased our new BMW by phone and email since there are no new cars available for purchase in our area. He is professional, personable, with no pressure to buy. Upon arrival at the dealership, he made us feel right at home. Luke Wojtas explained the technical aspects of the vehicle to my wife (the primary driver) and made her feel extremely comfortable respectfully knowing that she may not be as tech savvy as younger drivers. I worked with Sam Picchietti at Knauz and the experience was really good. I was in the market for a new BMW and selected the M340.
