Very pleased with our HC Lexus of Sharon experience My husband and I just purchased a certified pre-owned RX350. I walked in one day only because I was driving by and was paired up with Sam Prusak. Sa My husband and I just purchased a certified pre-owned RX350. I walked in one day only because I was driving by and was paired up with Sam Prusak. Sam was very informativ, especially since I walked in having done no real research on Lexus'. He clearly explained all different options in the different models/years and found the perfect option for me to test drive that day. A few days later, we were hit with one of the many large snow storms. Sam still was quick to respond to my e-mails and, when I arrived at the dealership a few days later, had already dug out the car I was interested in showing my husband. He was more than willing to grab another car (covered in snow) when I wanted to see and test drive a different color. Yes, Lexus' are great cars overall; amazing perks come with owning a Lexus: road side assistance, car washes, complimentary first service, etc. But it was working with Sam that really helped us make our decision to go with a Lexus. He was welcoming and professional, patient, and never tried to pressure us into making a decision. Weeks later, we are extremely pleased with our car and the service we received. I strongly recommend stopping by the HC Lexus of Sharon and working with Sam. More

I met with Sam Prusak I went into Herb Chambers in Sharon yesterday morning for service on my GX 460 - and I came home with a new GX 460 last night. I met with Sam Prusak while waiting for my service to be completed and we discussed the value of my car, looked at a new one, etc. Everyone knows the process. I have purchased several cars, the last two being from Lexus, and I have to say this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Sam was very pleasant and didn't put any pressure on me to buy. We commicated during the day to get paperwork completed, and he stayed later than he had to because I was later than expected arriving at the dealership. He spent time explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had. Thank you Sam!! More

Once a Lexus...always a Lexus After buying a Lexus, I decided that it was time for my mom to get one. We went to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon MA. What a wonderful experience. My After buying a Lexus, I decided that it was time for my mom to get one. We went to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon MA. What a wonderful experience. My mom is 83 years old and like many 83 year olds, she gets confused with all the technology that a Lexus has. Our salesman, Sam Prusak, was wonderful. I can not say enough good things about him. He was very knowledgeable, but most importantly, he was patient. He took his time explaining just how a Lexus works. When she was still confused, he repeated his explanation. He was so understanding and accommodating. After visiting a local Lexus Dealer and walking out frustrated, I am relieved to know that there are outstanding salesman out there and Sam is one of them. If you are in the market for a new or used Lexus be sure to visit Sam. You will NOT be disappointed. Happy Driving ! More
