I am very pleased with my recent car buying experience at Brandon Honda. I had "new car jitters" as it had been 19 years since I purchased my last car, but I need not have worried because Brandon Honda lives Brandon Honda. Antonio Rueda helped me select a car with the features I wanted. After my purchase, he took time setting up the Bluetooth phone feature, demonstrating the other technology, and being sure I was ready to drive off the lot by showing me how to adjust all the mirrors and the driver’s seat. Bo Engel in Finance patiently answered all my questions regarding financing and extended warranties. General Manager Sam Raabe demonstrated by his dealings with me that Brandon Honda truly wants every customer to be satisfied. Sure, everyone at Brandon Honda is friendly. And, of course, it is convenient that they have a café right in the waiting room. But above all, their commitment to customer satisfaction is why I will go back there and why I will recommend them to my friends. More

My experience with Brandon Honda was outstanding. I looked at other dealerships, but was given the best price at Brandon Honda. Not only did I receive the best price, but the vehicle I wished to purc looked at other dealerships, but was given the best price at Brandon Honda. Not only did I receive the best price, but the vehicle I wished to purchase was not available on their lot but was found quickly. The transaction was completed in a timely and professional manner. I was given ample time to ask questions and was treated with respect. I was shown many features of my new Honda by my sales person, Priscilla Prates. I think she knows every feature of that vehicle. She made sure I understood how to drive and use the features of the vehicle before leaving the dealership. This required her to stay over the time she normally worked. She provided something to eat when I said I did not have time to eat before arriving at the dealership. I was picked up at my home as I did not have a trade. This required, Nick, from service to pick me up after his normal working hours. Outstanding service is the best description I can give Brandon Honda. I am a female buyer and appreciated being treated with respect and consideration. I remain very impressed and appreciative. More

I am writing this review as part of another one because I recently had the experience of working with two dealerships at the same time - Sam Raabe at Brandon Honda and Honda of Ocala (salesman Johnny Rodrigu recently had the experience of working with two dealerships at the same time - Sam Raabe at Brandon Honda and Honda of Ocala (salesman Johnny Rodriguez). I was in touch with Sam about a car on his lot, but it was sold before I was able to buy it. I mentioned another car to him that I was interested in but it was located at a different dealership in another city. Sam made phone calls to Honda of Ocala and made sure the car was still available. Turned out it was and Sam put me in touch with them. I did in fact buy the car at Honda of Ocala and the people there were great all the way around, and Johnny Rodriguez, my salesman - great. The review I initially wrote was for Honda of Ocala because that's where I ended up buying a car and I wanted to write a review for them. However, I wanted to write a second review for Brandon Honda too because it never would have happened if it was not for the help that Sam gave. He was encouraging and positive, helped in the best way possible, and walked me through the process even from long distance. He went way out of his way to help me get a car that I wanted even though it was not at his dealership! I have never had that kind of assistance from any car dealership or salesman before! It just isn't something that you hear of when it comes to buying cars. I have to give a very BIG and special THANK YOU to Sam!! (Many, many thanks!!) I give a complete and total endorsement to both Brandon Honda and Honda of Ocala! I would buy again - from either place. More
