Buying a vehicle not Top of my fun thing list However, having indicated that, I must say Brandon Honda went the distance to put me in the vehicle I wanted. From the start my sales person; Jon Lyon However, having indicated that, I must say Brandon Honda went the distance to put me in the vehicle I wanted. From the start my sales person; Jon Lyon and the General Manager; Sam Raabe really worked beyond the point many others would have bailed out. An agreement was reached that all parties could live with and I drove away very satisfied. If the Honda Accord is anything like my first impression of the dealership, the personnel and the vehicle? They'll see me again and not just in the Service Department for basic maintenance. Thanks guys! More

Poor Work/follow thru Bought a 2014 Honda CRV from here. signed the papers for financing and everything SEEMED ok. a few weeks later I get the registration in the mail a Bought a 2014 Honda CRV from here. signed the papers for financing and everything SEEMED ok. a few weeks later I get the registration in the mail and the VIN number is different. We called brandon honda, had to come back into the dealership to resign all new paperwork becasue they had us sign paperwork with the wrong VIN number on it. A few weeks later we are looking for a car for my wife and when they run our credit, our credit score dropped over 100 points because it looked like I owed Brandon Honda for 2.... yes 2 cars totally almost $80,000. when then inturn affected out interest rate we had to pay on the 2nd car we were buying. Spoke to Jennifer in the office and she said it would get taken care of. The second car with the wrong VIN number finally cam off my credit report (it is still laffecting my credit as of today) My husband and I decide to pay off the car in full and I requested a paper title from the DMV. Gues what came in the mail today....... the title showing and stating that I own a BLUE honda CRV wth the wrong VIN number. This was supposed to be taken care of MONTHS AGO !!!!!! Totally digusted with this company. All they are care about is pushing paper/people thru so they can keep their #1 status. I love Honda..... BUT I WILL NEVER USE BRANDON HONDA AGAIN !!!! UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!! More

Leasing a new Honda CRV at Brandon Honda was pure joy! I've known co-owner John Marazzi for several years from two dealerships in Lee and Collier counties of Southwest Florida. John and his entire team really know what makes the perfect buying experience for customers. Everyone was attentive to my needs and made driving the 2 hours from my home in Lee County well worth it! The car had already been prepped and was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. After I got there, I debated between leasing and buying. They helped me understand my options and decide what was best for my own needs as a small business owner. I'm thoroughly happy with my new CRV and want to thank everyone at Brandon Honda for a job very well done! More

I am very pleased with my recent car buying experience at Brandon Honda. I had "new car jitters" as it had been 19 years since I purchased my last car, but I need not have worried because Brandon Honda lives Brandon Honda. I had "new car jitters" as it had been 19 years since I purchased my last car, but I need not have worried because Brandon Honda lives up to their promise of customer satisfaction. Antonio Rueda helped me select a car with the features I wanted. After my purchase, he took time setting up the Bluetooth phone feature, demonstrating the other technology, and being sure I was ready to drive off the lot by showing me how to adjust all the mirrors and the driver’s seat. Bo Engel in Finance patiently answered all my questions regarding financing and extended warranties. General Manager Sam Raabe demonstrated by his dealings with me that Brandon Honda truly wants every customer to be satisfied. Sure, everyone at Brandon Honda is friendly. And, of course, it is convenient that they have a café right in the waiting room. But above all, their commitment to customer satisfaction is why I will go back there and why I will recommend them to my friends. More

My experience with Brandon Honda was outstanding. I looked at other dealerships, but was given the best price at Brandon Honda. Not only did I receive the best price, but the vehicle I wished to purc looked at other dealerships, but was given the best price at Brandon Honda. Not only did I receive the best price, but the vehicle I wished to purchase was not available on their lot but was found quickly. The transaction was completed in a timely and professional manner. I was given ample time to ask questions and was treated with respect. I was shown many features of my new Honda by my sales person, Priscilla Prates. I think she knows every feature of that vehicle. She made sure I understood how to drive and use the features of the vehicle before leaving the dealership. This required her to stay over the time she normally worked. She provided something to eat when I said I did not have time to eat before arriving at the dealership. I was picked up at my home as I did not have a trade. This required, Nick, from service to pick me up after his normal working hours. Outstanding service is the best description I can give Brandon Honda. I am a female buyer and appreciated being treated with respect and consideration. I remain very impressed and appreciative. More
