not a positive experience We learned that NOT all Honda cars sold by Honda Dealers are Honda Certified Cars, Not happy with overall treatment ! New 2015 Honda Accord My wife and I were introduced to two of the staff at Brandon Honda by Sam Raabe, and after a short chat session of welcoming us to the dealership, the My wife and I were introduced to two of the staff at Brandon Honda by Sam Raabe, and after a short chat session of welcoming us to the dealership, they worked with us on the purchase of a new Honda Accord. Grant Hocking, and John Tanner were very helpful in the process of selecting and providing the exact vehicle we were seeking. We are very appreciative of the help we received, and we are now enjoying the vehicle selection we obtained. Again we thank Brandon Honda for the help received and will shop there for any future needs. More

Definatly made sure the customer service comes first When I first bought my used car I had a lot of issues that were not being helped, I made a couple trips to the dealership to get my hood paint fixed a When I first bought my used car I had a lot of issues that were not being helped, I made a couple trips to the dealership to get my hood paint fixed and the salesmen had me running in circles and finally told me they're going to send me a bottle for me to fix the paint myself and so I wrote a review about my expirence and a day later the sales manager got in contact with me and told me don't worry just come down here a day you can and we'll fix your patient and get you a rental, so I took my car down and got my rental no issues. More

Very Knowledgeable John Tanner was a great salesman to work with. He never pressured me to buy a car, but instead, he spent a large amount of time educating me about the John Tanner was a great salesman to work with. He was so knowledgeable that it helped me to make the right decision and made the car buying experience go a lot quicker. GREAT experience from start to finish! Started with an internet inquiry to three dealerships. Within 5 minutes I had a phone call and I set an appointment. When entering the dealership, the ladies at the receptionist desk where very polite and helpful. Right away my girlfriend and I where greeted by the General Manager Sam Raabe. He told us what we could expect from his dealership and introduced us to Hassan Slim. Everything he promised was done and much more. Buying a vehicle not Top of my fun thing list However, having indicated that, I must say Brandon Honda went the distance to put me in the vehicle I wanted. From the start my sales person; Jon Lyon However, having indicated that, I must say Brandon Honda went the distance to put me in the vehicle I wanted. From the start my sales person; Jon Lyon and the General Manager; Sam Raabe really worked beyond the point many others would have bailed out. An agreement was reached that all parties could live with and I drove away very satisfied. If the Honda Accord is anything like my first impression of the dealership, the personnel and the vehicle? They'll see me again and not just in the Service Department for basic maintenance. Thanks guys! More

Poor Work/follow thru Bought a 2014 Honda CRV from here. signed the papers for financing and everything SEEMED ok. a few weeks later I get the registration in the mail a Bought a 2014 Honda CRV from here. signed the papers for financing and everything SEEMED ok. a few weeks later I get the registration in the mail and the VIN number is different. We called brandon honda, had to come back into the dealership to resign all new paperwork becasue they had us sign paperwork with the wrong VIN number on it. A few weeks later we are looking for a car for my wife and when they run our credit, our credit score dropped over 100 points because it looked like I owed Brandon Honda for 2.... yes 2 cars totally almost $80,000. when then inturn affected out interest rate we had to pay on the 2nd car we were buying. Spoke to Jennifer in the office and she said it would get taken care of. The second car with the wrong VIN number finally cam off my credit report (it is still laffecting my credit as of today) My husband and I decide to pay off the car in full and I requested a paper title from the DMV. Gues what came in the mail today....... the title showing and stating that I own a BLUE honda CRV wth the wrong VIN number. This was supposed to be taken care of MONTHS AGO !!!!!! Totally digusted with this company. All they are care about is pushing paper/people thru so they can keep their #1 status. I love Honda..... BUT I WILL NEVER USE BRANDON HONDA AGAIN !!!! UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!! More
