What they are offering in the package is paint protection, key fob replacement and nitrogen refill for 3 years (warranty). Its a lot of money on top of the car price you want to pay. And you cannot say I don't want it and have to go with it. But you will realize this at the time of paperwork and they will say I have people waiting after you and rush you into signing the contract. the options package for them costs max 200 dollars. They buy the paint in bulk from a company called Siskin and apply it on your car. In a brand new car what are the chances of you losing your key or need new paint job or for that matter new nitrogen refill(They are offered free in places which have it). Please stay away from this dealership. More

Also, General Manager Sam Raabe was very gracious to help finalize the deal including helping us with the lease termination of our old vehicle and in getting the CRV EX that we wanted that had not reached the lot yet.
