Seconds into meeting Sam Raabe, he made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Such an amazing person, absolutely kind and sincere. Don Negri was beyond helpful! He was so patient with us when it came to choosing the right color of the car and took us to search for it. He explained everything perfectly and precisely, being straightforward about it all. You can tell Don is able to connect with his customers and provide the best service he can. Signing paperwork with Stan was a breeze. He tried his best to explain things and answered my questions to best of his knowledge. The computerized screen desk he has - super cool! Thank you again so much to the Brandon Honda team. I'm still smiling! More

Best car buying experience I've ever had thanks to Eddie! Eddie Juica is the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He made my buying experience superb! He was very patient with me and ans Eddie Juica is the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He made my buying experience superb! He was very patient with me and answered any questions I had. He was only interested in meeting my needs and making sure before I left the dealership that I was happy. He went far beyond the call of duty to make sure I got exactly the payment I requested and the vehicle I wanted. He didn't stop there. He has called me on several occasions since buying the CRV to make sure all was well with my purchase and the vehicle. Eddie is by far the best of the best! Thank you Mr. Rabbe for introducing me to Eddie. He does Brandon Honda proud! From the salesman, Eddie Juica, to the folks in the service department, the guys that worked with me on my trade in and working the numbers on the new vehicle and Jim Turner in Finance, I was treated like a VIP! Repeat visits, at our cost! The following all occurred within a 5 week period: June 30 '16 we purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. It seemed to be in very good condition, insi The following all occurred within a 5 week period: June 30 '16 we purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. It seemed to be in very good condition, inside and out. My only concern, before we made the deal, was that breaks be fixed and checked because there was, a very slight pulsing when slowing down. And, there was cleaner residue, or something in the door paneling. The sales person assured us that they would each be taken care of before we left. We spent 7 HOURS at the dealership that day, waiting for credit approval. We were tired, and getting irritated (especially considering we were already at another dealership and APPROVED within minutes) - and they weren't going to gouge us on the rate. They just didn't have the vehicle we were looking for. The sales person was relentless and would NOT leave us alone while we waited. Whether is was some sort of "Shepherd's" sales tactic or not, he should be able to read his customers. I don't care about his 100 pics on his phone! Moving on; We finally got the car, and of course being drained, did not notice that they did NOT fix the brakes properly OR remove the residue inside. Neither was noticed until after we left, we were so exhausted. So, that was VISIT #1. VISIT #2 After a couple of weeks, the brakes were no better and now squealing. So having to take 5 HOURS out of our Saturday, brought it back to the dealer to have them checked and fixed. They did. So they said! VISIT #3 Went in for an oil change, and service tech mentioned there are brake problems. STILL?!!! But they didn't have the part. So, AGAIN, we had to go back down there. VISIT #4 They say they've fixed the brakes. At this point, they are seeming okay with a very quite, slight squeak once-in-a-while. Very sick of going down there. Really! I work over 60+ hours / week, and those 4 visits cost us a LOT of time and money! OVER 21 hours were spent just buying and fixing the brakes on this car! And a gift card is supposed to make it better? Hm. Won't likely go there again. WAIT! Below, I see the option to rate their "friendliness" - REALLY?! It's a dealership! Most are going to seam friendly. "Genuine" is another story. More

Excellent Dealership!! From the minute I walked in the door until I walked out with the keys to my new car, Brandon Honda's service was fantastic. I met with Randy Marker and Robin and explained to them my situation. They immediately came up with options for me but were never pushy. They were very patient with me especially with all of my questions, and believe me I had a lot of them. I was able to also speak with Sam Raabe the general manager. I know he was very busy but I was very appreciative that he was able to take time out of his day to meet with me. This just shows how dedicated and excellent Brandon Honda's service truly is. Once I made my decision I met with Jeremiah Soltis in finance and the fantastic service continued. I left Brandon Honda very pleased and will recommend them to everyone! More

No pressure, just great deals I was giving my 2009 Honda Hit to my son in New York and wanted to buy a 2016 Fit. I needed the new Fit to be held for about two weeks while I delive I was giving my 2009 Honda Hit to my son in New York and wanted to buy a 2016 Fit. I needed the new Fit to be held for about two weeks while I delivered the old one to New York. When I related this to Capt (Bill) Kirk) of Brandon Honda, he worked with me, and the new Honda Fit i had picked out was waiting for me two weeks later when I returned from New York. Bill Kirk made sure everything when smoothly for the sale. There was no pressure to pickup the new car before going to New York. More
