Outstanding Customer Service I can't even explain how thankful I am with the staff at Brandon Honda. I bought two cars from them, I have never encountered individuals that actual I can't even explain how thankful I am with the staff at Brandon Honda. I bought two cars from them, I have never encountered individuals that actually care about the well being of their costumers as much as they do. I had a recent situation that occurred and I did not have enough money to repair my tire. They cared more about my well being then I did. They took care of my issue with no complaints. I appreciate them so much. They are amazing. People go threw tough times and they really saw I needed help. If you need to get a new car PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ask for ROBIN VARGHESE. He is amazing. Believe me I am a grumpy individual and I really don't go out of my way for anyone. I made a real friendship and relationship with many people at brandon Honda. After a week of searching and test driving, I decided on the perfect car for me, but they didn't have it on the lot. Don located one for me and had it shipped to the dealership. After calling around to other dealerships I found that they had the best deal. When I went back to make the deal I was given in writing, Gary did not hold up on his end. I began working with Will Shupe and Sam. Both gentlemen were amazing! Made a wrong right and were willing to do what it took for the deal to take place. I would recommend anyone I know looking to by a car to Will. He made my experience so much better and has been great with setting up the window tint and other services. He has even called to ask how things were or if we needed anything. All of their sales guys could learn a thing or two on how to treat customers from Will Shupe!!!!! I'll only go back for him! More
