I don't have anything negative to say about either experience that I've had. He's very outgoing, down-to-earth, honest, and always gets back to me in a timely manner whenever I call. Everybody else at the dealership was extremely friendly, I love their service department , The finance department process was quick and easy. After calling around to other dealerships I found that they had the best deal. When I went back to make the deal I was given in writing, Gary did not hold up on his end. I began working with Will Shupe and Sam. Both gentlemen were amazing! Made a wrong right and were willing to do what it took for the deal to take place. I would recommend anyone I know looking to by a car to Will. He made my experience so much better and has been great with setting up the window tint and other services. He has even called to ask how things were or if we needed anything. All of their sales guys could learn a thing or two on how to treat customers from Will Shupe!!!!! I'll only go back for him! More

I worked out a deal for my daughter without her being present. When I returned with her to purchase the car everything was as stated a few days earlier. My experience dealing with the General Sales Manager Sam Raabe was one of true professionalism and very honest as well as an everyday kind of guy who made you feel like a friend while sitting with us. I also must add that salesman Jeff Craney was as candid as Sam, there were no last minute shenanigans of attempted upgrade sales as we all come to expect from car dealers. The particular car we were looking for was sold therefore another had to be located and once they found one it had a few small upgrades that they let stay on the car at no additional charge,that in itself should say something about this dealership. More
