employees don't know the product the sales person as well as the 'experts' he checked with all promised us that the car we selected had factor installed remote start. It did not. Our initial discussion with the sales person was if the car did not have remote start that that was a deal breaker. After we had signed for everything and many days of stories about the car we ended up taking it with some make shift starter that requires we can an extra key fob. More

A special shout out to Joel Jerrell, who went above and beyond to make everything so smooth. He even took all of our "stuff" from our 2014 Pilot and put it in the exact space in the new 2016 Pilot. So nice and accommodating. Brownie points for him for sure. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Brandon Honda and we have experienced nothing but professional kindness. I bought two cars from them, I have never encountered individuals that actually care about the well being of their costumers as much as they do. I had a recent situation that occurred and I did not have enough money to repair my tire. They cared more about my well being then I did. They took care of my issue with no complaints. I appreciate them so much. They are amazing. People go threw tough times and they really saw I needed help. If you need to get a new car PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ask for ROBIN VARGHESE. He is amazing.
