Bought a car Outright off the light was told I had to wait a couple days for the title. I ended up letting them do the state inspection and it failed and gave me the safety rejection sector and they allo wait a couple days for the title. It took three months for them to finally put a passing sticker on. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for a brand new battery that was supposed to be under warranty but it was out of date. I’ve also had to change two tires already and I find out that the tires are five years old but good trade I’ve also had to change two tires already and I find out that the tires are five years old but good tread to pull off the new tire. My car had cigarette butts hanging around all over the dashboard and floor From the mechanic that was fixing it with them knowing I was going to be returning with my newborn child fresh from the hospital to pick up my car. My car was also rummage through because I found personal information that I had in the trunk in the front seat in my game system was actually neatly put on the sea with a new game in it. I’m going to for the fifth time go in person and see what they are going to do for this unnecessary and very frustrating situation‘s. I paid for the car outright and when I test drove it everything was perfectly fine but now that I think that since I didn’t finance it they took out a lot of parts and replaced it. So far they have reimbursed me for one of the tires but not the other one or the battery yet. And I don’t know how they are even able to re-compensate me for the fact that they were smoking in my vehicle with everybody in that department including Sales knowing I was going to pick up my baby that was actually in labor but they still made me come in to finally and I mean finally after three months try to pass my state inspection. If it was me that were smoking in their rental car I would’ve been fined and all that good stuff but when it’s a customers car… I just took a loss more than a smoking fine for smoking in a rental I just lost value in my vehicle cause toxic air for my child that was just born and have a smoking smell that I’m still trying to get rid of. More

I believe it was David who made me feel like a valued customer as well in fact they all made me feel valued and not just another number to them. Great First New Car Experience I was unsure what type of auto would replace my Jeep. I needed time to browse without encountering any employees offering to help. After the right amount of time we were greeted by Dave Boratyn. I was 90+ degrees and he was out in the lot all smiles. He was great from the moment we meet, answering questions on their inventory and telling about the different options the Chev Malibu had. Dave worked with me, he listened and understood what my budget was. Buying a car is a big expense with stress attached. Dave B and Sam S got me into my new car and provided training on the numerous options. Thank you for making my first New car purchase Perfect!!! Highly Recommended More

Imperial Chevrolet is my dealership of choice! I had been searching for either a nice, low mileage used Chevy Silverado, or a new one. It came down to the numbers and if we could get a new vehicles I had been searching for either a nice, low mileage used Chevy Silverado, or a new one. It came down to the numbers and if we could get a new vehicles price down to where it made sense (to me) versus a used vehicle. Sam Santrisi was my salesman and he treated me kindly and with respect. I believe he got the price for a new vehicle, down into the price range that had me realizing, I could afford new (vs used). He did a great job with me and it was appreciated. Next, I had to talk financing and I was introduced to Ahmad Al-Jallad. He was curtious and honest with me and helped me make the decision to by new. I agreed with his recommendation of an extended warranty (10 yrs/150,000 mi) and he fought to get my loan down another .5%. I look forward to seeing these gentlemen in the future and also, the others who will be servicing my new truck! Respectfully, David Dallamora More

He then had me work with J.D. the saleman. What a great Guy!! So very patient with me. I choose my car. (after changing my mind a few time, which didn't bother him a bit). Then I did the financial end with David. Again I cannot express the fact how wonderful he was to me. I was purchasing this by myself, and was nervous. He made the experience flawless. Everyone I worked with was so so nice to me. I also had a few chuckles with another salesman, Sam about my License plate...
