We bought our Sorrento in 2013 and have had it serviced at Coastal Kia ever since. The crew at Coastal have helped us maintained our vehicle with honesty, respect and professionalism. Over the last few years Sam Weismann has helped us take care of our investment so well that if he says it needs to accomplished we don’t even question him. Because of his customer care we have recommended Kia and Coastal Kia to our friends. Just recently our friend bought a Sorrento from Coastal and is extremely happy as we have been. Sam makes my visit to the service center a very relaxing experience, from the moment I arrived he was at my door to promptly check me in and start the service on my vehicle,offered coffee and a snack ,and k experience, from the moment I arrived he was at my door to promptly check me in and start the service on my vehicle,offered coffee and a snack ,and kept me up to date on my car.I am so comfortable with them servicing my vehicle that I sat in a rocking chair outside and took a nap! Sam was my service manager. Always a good trip in there with Sam. He makes sure that everything is done. I enjoy seeing Sam.
