Loyal Chrysler customer having purchased four vehicles including three T&C minivans. Very expensive $850 thermostat and gasket replacement in a 2008 T&C Minivan!!! The next day returned with smoke/steam coming out of the engine compartment and was told it was residual burnoff. A week later returned again to find out plastic thermostat housing had been over-torqued and cracked allowing coolant vapor to escape. Dealership repaired the vehicle but took lost the car for another day. Service advisors are apathetic with customers. For example, my request to have a receipt emailed resulted in receiving a blank sheet of paper. I understand mistakes happen but this is work dealerships do day in and out and they didn't seem to get anything right. Escalation to the service manager was effectively a waste of time. He made references to check the "Internet" in an email response rather than provide a specific link to the material he was referencing. Bottom line ... I have very low confidence in the quality of work that was done and obviously given the price overall value was abysmal. You can do better than this dealership. More
