Our salesman, Rich Riola, goes out of his way to make car buying a fun and stress free experience. We tell him what we need and what we can afford and he does the rest. After the sale Rich, Samantha and Michelle all followed up to make sure everything went well and if we had any concerns. I urge everyone to stop by Cortese before making a car purchase. My Jeep Wrangler spent over 44 days on the second visit for a parasitic battery drain that this center could not resolve. On the first visit they claimed the battery and instrument cluster was bad, and re for a parasitic battery drain that this center could not resolve. Neither the service staff or the customer relations representative (Samantha) followed up to respond to my concerns regarding this ongoing issue, and the vehicle is covered under Mopar warranty. The FCA representative also failed to follow up with the dealership or me regarding the ongoing issue. Currently, FCA and Cortese CJDR have failed miserably, on this issue...... More
