Excellent experience all around I purchased a new 2020 Buick Enclave and traded in our old one. Everything was done online, over the phone and text with Shelly Barr due to COVID-19 r I purchased a new 2020 Buick Enclave and traded in our old one. Everything was done online, over the phone and text with Shelly Barr due to COVID-19 related restrictions. She was responsive, answered every question, worked with me on pricing and even gamed out ways to help save a few more dollars on some dealer installed options. I got a great trade-in value as well. When I arrived at the dealership, she had the car ready to test drive, and afterward, everything was streamlined and smooth. I walked out of the dealer less than 90 minutes after arriving, everything as negotiated. Normally, I hate car-buying. This was a great experience. Mike O'Connell was great as well. To add to that, a lost credit card was found in our trade-in. Shelly contacted me and met me the next day to deliver the lost card to me. Over and above all around! More
