When we came for appointment, the car was in the showroom, and the price was exactly what he said it would be. In past experience, dealerships are more interested in selling a car they want to sell rather than a car we want to buy, and are less straight forward about cost. We were also impressed that the gas tank was full. Chris was very informative, patient, and professional. We keep our cars a long time, but eventually we will come back to Sullivan Buick. Thank you.
