Normally I have no issues with James Wood; however, this time I was very disappointed in how my vehicle was return to me. I simply took my vehicle in to have an alignment completed. After getting the vehicl time I was very disappointed in how my vehicle was return to me. I simply took my vehicle in to have an alignment completed. After getting the vehicle home I noticed that fingerprints and footprints of black grease or black dirt was all over the interior of my vehicle. What hack me off the most is that I had just spent $350 to have the vehicle detailed the week before. I am also not sure that the alignment was completed right, as it seems as if it is still all over the road. I still may need them to look at it again. I had just had the same vehicle in three days before to have a recall completed and did not have this issue and the recall was working on the interior of the vehicle. If I have to take it back to ensure that alignment was completed correctly, I will be sure to inform all the team member that I will NOT allow this to happen again. More
