I had a great experience buying a fantastic used car for a great price. Samantha was helpful, responsive, and courteous. She is knowledgeable and walked me through all the bells and whistles. Samantha was so helpful and extremely easy to work with. I literally pulled up to the dealership and she had everything ready to go. Amazingly, I was out of there in about and hour with my new car. 1st off, I would like to thank you for the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life searching for a car at Weir Canyon Acura. Due to their utmost unprofessionalism, lack of customer service, as wel experience I’ve ever had in my life searching for a car at Weir Canyon Acura. Due to their utmost unprofessionalism, lack of customer service, as well as rudeness, I walked out and ended up in Mission Viejo Acura and found my car with an amazing sales rep by the name of Samantha. She was very honest and straight forward with me from the beginning “No Games” as I experienced at Weir Acura. The deal went super smooth and successful. I highly recommend Samantha at Mission Viejo if you want a no stress deal. As for the other guys, they’re a bunch of clowns thinking they can outsmart the customers as well as insulting our intelligence. More
