GL450 Water Pump Replacement When I came to the service department my Service Advisor Sam promptly welcomed me and prepared a service work order. He provided me with an estmate When I came to the service department my Service Advisor Sam promptly welcomed me and prepared a service work order. He provided me with an estmate and had the loaner car ready to go. Upon completion Sam called me and told me my car is washed and ready for pick-up. It only took one day to do the repair. Fortunately the repair was fully covered by my Mercedes Benz extended warranty! Sam wa highly professional during the entire process, a credit to Mercedes-Benz of Temecula. More
