Terrible service department Miss diagnosed the engine noise on my 2011 ML 350. Unable and or unwilling to fully diagnose the problem. Terrible customer service and communication. My car has been in and out of the service department for over 2 months. Mercedes is going to loose a customer for life. Never again. I do not recommend this dealer for any thing. My car is still there and I cannot seem to get an update on it. More
