Bought Honda Insight on the spot without test driving cos I trusted Honda and especially Susanna! If Norm Reeves Honda is the industry standard then Susanna should be the standard for good salesmanship! Am glad that I bought by my Insight here and thru Susanna! Murat of Finance who prepared all the paper work is also extremely professional, honest and provided a lot of insights. He talked me into buying the maintenance warranty not because of pusher sales pitch but that actually I needed it to save money! If not because of his honest and detailed analysis and caring suggestions I would have lost out in the long run! Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to all applicable!😀😀😀😀😀 More

Happy Ending !! Happy ending...and it's not the type you would get from a massage parlor :-) My son and I visited Honda Cerritos looking at the 2019 Sonic Gray Hond Happy ending...and it's not the type you would get from a massage parlor :-) My son and I visited Honda Cerritos looking at the 2019 Sonic Gray Honda Civic Type R. I was expecting to pay around $3K above MSRP and that would be my limit. To our surprise, when we look at all the accessories, and mark-up, the final price came to about +$49K. My son was feeling sad that he would not be driving home with the new car he has been waiting for. I told him not to have high hope of negotiating the price down. I thanked Sandra and didn't want to waste any more of her time knowing I would not be paying the asking price. She asked me what was my price expectation and I told her that she needs to be near my Max number to even have a real conversation. She went to talk to her manager and came back with a proposal to remove accessories, and other mark-ups, and came slightly above my threshold. Since I am getting tangible accessories, I felt the price was fair, and purchased the car. The smile on my son's face made my day. I felt that Sandra went to battle for me and got me to a striking distance that allowed me to make an informed decision. I highly recommend her, and I would personally go back to her for future purchases (i.e. a daughter coming to age). More
