This was my first Lexus purchase ever. While my original appointment was scheduled with Sandy Firestone he was quite busy with another customer and had Mark Mello work with us. In working with Mark Mello my first impression was outstanding. While it took some time to achieve my goal of owning a Lexus I have to say the experience was non-stressful and pleasant. Once we came to an agreement on the purchase we spoke to Sandy to bring him up to speed. Thank you Sandy for appointing Mark as our salesperson...you provided us with a salesperson who went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed about the vehicle's highlights and capabilities....his personality was completrly in tune with ours...and we couldn't be happier about that...well done Sandy! And Mark, what more can I say...you are such an amazing, knowledgeable and understanding indivudual!!! Given we have purchased a luxury pre-owned vehicle we felt it should be in the best condition possible so we would be proud to drive it! There was some cloudiness on the headlights and some minor scratches on the exterior. We went over these concerns with Mark & Sandy and we then met Justin Bianchi in Service. Justin scheduled appointments to remedy the concerns. We will be going back at the end of the month for the work to be completed. Justin, thank you for hearing us out and scheduling our appointment.
