We wanted to buy a 2013 Lexus ES 350, so I went phone shopping. So after I finished calling all the area Lexus dealers/pricing the car, we hopped in the old car with the kids and headed down to Sharon for our appointment. It was a cold and rainy day, so we were happy to enter the well-lit and expansive showroom. Their café had awesome free snacks/drinks/ice cream, and my kids loved the play area that had a glass partition so I could watch them while I took in the Patriots game in front of one of the biggest fireplaces I have ever seen. Our salesperson was Sanjay Khairmode, and he did not disappoint. He showed us the car they had, and he and my husband took it for a test drive. Needless to say, we bought the car and felt like we got a great deal, especially after all the shopping we did. We also got a great discount on the extended warranty, which I felt was a must due to all the ES 350's expensive bells and whistles that might break down the line. Sanjay spent a good amount of time explaining the car's features to us, and later followed up with phone calls to see how we were doing. Maybe this is part of their shtick, but I got a warm and fuzzy feeling anyway. Overall a great car buying experience. More

This was truly great and comfortable. I began talking to a salesperson, Sanjay, and began talking about trade ins and new autos. At first we talked about the new Lexus performance characteristics and with my interest began the discussion on trade ins and costs. This was done without any hassle and this led to a sale that was truly great in price and auto performance. I'd deal with Sanjay anytime. I wish all my auto buying trips were like this. More

We took our 2010 RX 350 in for service at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon and as we waited for our vehicle we were asked if we wanted to explore the possibility of a new 2014 RX 350. Since we were extremely Lexus of Sharon and as we waited for our vehicle we were asked if we wanted to explore the possibility of a new 2014 RX 350. Since we were extremely happy with the 350, which we had purchased from this dealership, we decided to check it out. We were introduced to Sanjay Khairmode, a very polite, affable , and knowledgeable salesman. While we wanted to explore the purchase of the vehicle, Sanjay took the time to explain the possibility of leasing as well. We looked at the numbers from a number of views, and Sanjay patiently helped us look at different scenarios. While he didn't have to "sell" us on the car, since we loved the 2010, he pointed out the new features found on the 2014. We finally decided to lease the 2014, and we thought the exact car was in the inventory, it turned out that is was "on its way". Sanjay kept us informed every day as to the whereabouts of the car, and answered every question we had. When signing the paperwork, we worked with Tricia Jarvis, who explained the financial aspects of the deal, and also the various add-ons that were available. No sales pressure whatsoever, just a professional presentation, a pleasure to deal with. We could not have had a better experience. The employees at this dealership go above and beyond to make the transaction a pleasant one. More
