FORD Spring Hill has a fabulous service department. They have been friendly and very accommodating with any issue I have presented them with. I haven’t been taken advantage of . The give options on any repairs that need to be done. They suggest doing necessary repairs only but make me aware when repairs maybe needed in the future. I always feel like my car is safe when I leave the dealership. No worries about breaking down in the middle of nowhere or in 95 degree heat. Recently had The Works done and was pleasantly surprised that a recall was taken care without requesting it. I drive an extra 10 miles because I love their service. I always have issues with a dealer closer to my home. More

Went in a few days ago for a recall from Ford. Was also having an issue with the drivers side mirror control. Took the SUV in when they called to advise they had the part for the recall. Everyo Was also having an issue with the drivers side mirror control. Took the SUV in when they called to advise they had the part for the recall. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The recall was done the day we took the vehicle in for repair. They advised the part for the mirror would take a few days to receive. Given the option to pickup the vehicle or bring it back. Opted to leave until the following Monday. Received a call on Tuesday that the vehicle was done. So far, so good. Mirror works fine now. Everyone could not have been more pleasant. Most importantly we were advised of timelines and called promptly if anything changed. More
