Verbal Communication was good. Quick checkout process. Only issue was that Dealership did not read the self drop off key envelope regarding a separate issue I wanted taken care of. Brought that issue up when I was called to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup and was told the small issue would be taken care of. Two days later, I realized that issue was not resolved, so disappointed. Otherwise, everything else went well. More

I was disappointed in the service I received in ordering and having installed an automatic starter for my car. First, even though I paid for it up front, they never ordered it until I called them for the 2n and having installed an automatic starter for my car. First, even though I paid for it up front, they never ordered it until I called them for the 2nd time which was 2 months later. Then they had it in 2 days. I had it installed and no one appeared when I picked it up to show me how it worked. Even though I asked. 2 days after installation the car battery died. After replacing the battery and checking everything out, it works fine. I’m enjoying my automatic starter very much. More
