The service advisor was poorly trained and unable to address my maintenance questions. The service tech did not perform all tasks requested and had to bring my Pilot back into the bay to finish the work address my maintenance questions. The service tech did not perform all tasks requested and had to bring my Pilot back into the bay to finish the work. When I got home I noticed that bolts were missing and loose so I had to bring my Pilot back to the dealer. The service manager was unprofessional in making the experiment and work right. I will not be back. More
