The minute my husband and I entered the dealership at Universal Nissan, we were greeted by the receptionist in the front. Rafael Cruz introduced himself as our salesman and then proceeded to ask us quest Universal Nissan, we were greeted by the receptionist in the front. Since I was interested in getting a Rogue, he got all my information and made a copy of my Drivers license. He then proceeded to take us out to the lot to show me exactly the type of Rogue I wanted to purchase. He answered all my questions and then we went out for a test drive. I felt very comfortable driving the vehicle how easy it was to shift modes and learn to use the other gadgets. Rafael was very helpful and concerned about any questions I had about the Rogue . More
