Worst experience ever after buying car. I got a tear in the drivers side seat behind shoulder and car was only about 5 months old. I was accused of tearing the seat myself and noone wo I got a tear in the drivers side seat behind shoulder and car was only about 5 months old. I was accused of tearing the seat myself and noone would honor any warranty or repair of the seat. Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I will never buy a Kia again and will never recommend one to my friends. It took over 4-5 months to receive a final answer of NO to any repairs. We hadn't purchased a new car in over 10 years, so this was extremely upsetting. More

What a great sales person “karkey” is and he ability to answer any and all question shows his level of customer service goes way past just making a sale. Sales managers are truly caring and listen when you talk . Manager Scott is very kind and truly genuine when it comes to premier customer service that he provides. We happen to run across a young man Pete who is a mechanic at Kia. Even thou not his job was able to answer our service questions and ensure we were buying a reliable forte for our daughter. Thanks to the General Manager of Kia Dallas that had created a culture of customer service that is often overlooked by other dealerships . We will be back !!!! More

I love this team that was very personal and caring and worked so quickly after learn I have been working with southwest Kia Dallas for 7 plus years. I love this team that was very personal and caring and worked so quickly after learning my situation. As a senior I recommend this outstanding team. Ash, Karki, and last but not the least Johnathan, my experience with these three has been top notch. I pray that God will rain special blessings upon each of them. All I can say is they are the best.
