I didn't work with Sivaraj. Everything I am writing here is not about him but it is about Syed and Monjur. Syed and Monjur were my sales men. The first day when I was there, the Everything I am writing here is not about him but it is about Syed and Monjur. Syed and Monjur were my sales men. The first day when I was there, they explained how much my vehicle will cost, the payoff, interest, and everything else. It was close to 9pm. Sivaraj left for home by then. I remember Monjur called Sivaraj and disrespectfully asked him to come back. Sivaraj (on speaker) said that he almost reached home by then. Despite that, Monjur repeatedly asked him to come back. At one point, he began bullying him by saying that "if you don't return, I will inform Syed". Hence, I have seen bullying at this premise. After I paid my deposit, the next day we returned to finally get my car. This time, both Monjur and Syed was giving us different numbers (different payoff, different interest rate, etc). None of their words matched with everything they said the day before. After some negotiations, we bought the car. When we see the purchase summary, we see that the interest rate is around 9% for 6 years! None of them mentioned these things to us! When we asked Syed "why didn't you inform us about '6 years' and '9% interest' earlier?", he just simply ignored our question. Overall, I am not happy at all and I won't recommend these two salesmen to anybody! More
