Scott answered all my questions and connected me with the finance department. Since I knew exactly what I was looking for, the process was smooth and straightforward. Less than a week later, my Jeep was delivered to me in California—detailed, full of gas, and exactly as described. During the final walkthrough, both Scott and the floor manager noticed two small issues (a tiny spider crack in the windshield and a nick on the fender), and both were fixed before shipping. I had never heard of this company before and I am usually apprehensive but it is clear they run an efficient honest business clients can trust. I learned so much through him, about the history and culture of the company and that is truly what matters as a client/customer. I am so grateful I decided to go up there.
