I was waiting in the driveway and told one of the service guys that I had an 8:30 appointment.He went to check & said it was with Frank and he would be out. So I’m waiting & need to get to work. Johnny was very nice but your other staff is very rude. When I came to pick up my car, Johnny was out. I quietly waited at the counter. After 5 minutes I asked the two guys there if they could help me. When I came to pick up my car, Johnny was out. I quietly waited at the counter. I thought I had a small issue with new trucks tailgate speakers. Turns out if was not an issue with my truck but an issue my phone. As soon as I pulled up Kyle was ready to assist.
