I had an excellent experience recently with the Service department. Christa M. was personable,friendly and very knowledgeable. She along with Tyler the Technician they did and amazing job. TERRIBLE RIPPOFF SERVICE DEPARTMENT Took it in for water leak. After diagnostic said a new water pump and thermostat. Said oil was leaking- valve cover gasket Total $2100.00. Thats alot but assured me water leak. After diagnostic said a new water pump and thermostat. Said oil was leaking- valve cover gasket Total $2100.00. Thats alot but assured me they had a two year warranty. Said OK. A few hundred miles latter oil smell back AND Leaking in exact same spot. THEY SAID IT WAS A NEW OIL LEAK, BULL!! NOW THEY WANT ANOTHER $3100. TOLD THEM TO STICK IT. WHAT A RIPOFF SHOP!!! AVOID!! AVOID!! More
