This has been the best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. I drove 2 hrs to meet with Ryan and Scott, his GM, because dealerships near me didn't take me seriously (a woman going to a dealership), didn't care to give good service, didn't call back when they said they would or didn't care to work a fair deal. Although farther out of my way I'll still always make the drive to this dealership thanks to Scott and Ryan! You guys are the role models for what all the rest should follow. I'll make sure to let the others know, when I get the call backs (already got one yesterday) that I bought my car at Royal and was treated like royalty. More
