Brian Bitzer & Brian Benford we’re amazing along with Scott the manager. Bitzer went above and beyond by researching vehicles for us, taking us out on unlimited test drives, lent us vehicles to try out o Scott the manager. Benford was energetic, friendly, helpful with our babies, gave us insight into the warranty program and helped get us into a vehicle that met 95% of our wants/needs. Both of the Brian’s are amazing!! Bitzer is beyond knowledgeable and we so appreciate his kind demeanor and his patience. No pressure sales, it was like they were our long time friends. Royal is a clean establishment where all of the employees practice great hygiene, all of the staff I encountered were not offensive in their hygiene or demeanor.
