This is the 2nd Dodge vehicle I have ever purchased, and both have been through South Oak Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep. Scott was by far the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with when it came to the vehicle we needed to fit our family. Both Scott and Jesus were exceptional when it came to the pricing and financing for us. I would absolutely recommend Scott, Jesus and South Oak to anyone I know that needed vehicle. We are also planning on buying our next vehicle through South Oak in the near future! More

Our car buying experience with South Oak began with a request for an internet quote. I promptly received an email from Shannon Guest asking me for the "must haves" so she could accurately give us a pric request for an internet quote. I promptly received an email from Shannon Guest asking me for the "must haves" so she could accurately give us a price quote. We continued to email back and forth numerous times discussing options. The price we received from South Oak was by far the lowest price we had received from a dealer for the Grand Caravan. When my husband contacted Shannon by phone, she was able to help us begin the paperwork over the phone to begin the financing portion. We were then put into contact with Scott Chenoweth and when we arrived at South Oak we were immediately shown the car we were purchasing, began signing the paperwork, and were whisked off to the financing office to finish the sale. The entire process took less than 2 hours, and we were driving off the lot with our new car. Shannon and Scott went above and beyond my expectations during our car buying experience. They were friendly through email, on the phone, and in person. Our overall experience was excellent and by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have had. More

My experience at South Oak Dodge was Amazing! I purchased a new car with the help of Scott Chenoweth and he shared in my excietment every step of the way. Every question I could come up with was a purchased a new car with the help of Scott Chenoweth and he shared in my excietment every step of the way. Every question I could come up with was answered and then some. He even sat in the car with me and showed me what each nob and button did so I wouldn't be driving and not know how to use my car. He showed me where hidden extras were inside the vehicle. A hidden tale gate speaker was something I would not have known was there. Special seat belt devices were also something he explained to me which just made me more sure about my purchase. I will definately be returning to this dealership for any further car needs and purchases!!!! More

The service department also gets kudos. While my husband and I bought our new Jeep Patriot Limited our daughter had her 2010 Jeep Patriot in for it's 30,000 mile check up. I went to South Oak Dodge looking to get a Dodge Charger, when I was pleasantly greted by Mr. Cioe. I was then refered to Mr. Chenoweth. After expressing my interests to him, I was given the opportunity to when I was pleasantly greted by Mr. Cioe. I was then refered to Mr. Chenoweth. After expressing my interests to him, I was given the opportunity to test drive each of the models I was interested in. After I made my decision on the Charger, Mr. Cioe did what he could to find the model with the options I was looking for in a short amount of time. The finance of the car was handeled by Mr. Cieniuch, which also went seemlessly. All in all, my experience with South Oak Dodge was excellent. I would definately reccomend it to all my family and friends. More

My husband and I went in for a 2013 Journey but came home with a 2010 Journey. It was a upgraded vehicle than the 2013 we were looking at and we are very happy with our purchase.
