I absolutely love Southwest Kia and their staff. Everyone is always so helpful and always go the extra mile. I really appreciate Jorge and Jake in the service department. Hit or miss, their appointment system is terrible. Getting a confirmation on scheduled maintenance takes at least 3 people for them to solidify anything.
