Stated I was not going to make it back within business hours they were supposed to leave all keys at the main desk mine did not make I was told oh well nothing we can do by the manager that did nothing at hours they were supposed to leave all keys at the main desk mine did not make I was told oh well nothing we can do by the manager that did nothing at all to help called the next day to see what happend I was gevin no explanation and was told my kets would be waiting at the reception desk and they weren't so had I not got there when I did my keys would have been locked up again for the second night More

The service people are great. The dealership is not. This dealership uses outside venders to contact me to make appointments but information is not passed onto the dealership. The dealership is not. This dealership uses outside venders to contact me to make appointments but information is not passed onto the dealership. It’s a rather high pressure marketing company. I also don’t care for the glossy color advertisement to “ move up” to a new car. It’s a waste of paper and I will never be enticed to purchase a car thru mail advertisements. Also, I have been trying to get my fuel gauge fixed for four appointments but I’ve gotten nothing but a runaround of excuses. When my tank says 10 miles to empty I can only put 10 gallons of gas in it. I’m told it’s supposed to be that way but we all know that’s not quite the truth. I like that the service department is prompt, helpful and I believe the workers are very good. I love my RAV4 Hybrid but do wish the gauge issue would be resolved. More
